The Garden of Eden is mentioned many times in the Holy Bible. In Genesis 2, 3 and 14. It is also mentioned in Ezekiel 31, Book of Zechariah and the Book of Psalms.
The Garden of Eden is also mentioned in Jewish scriptures and in Quran.
Based on the rivers mentioned in the Bible, the Garden can be pointed to somewhere near the Persian Gulf. The rivers Tigris and Euphrates still run into the sea.
There are many geographical similarities found in the current Iran which can also be related to the Garden of Eden. The river Tigris, Euphrates, Aras (Gihon) and Uizun (Pishon) still exist here.
Some point the garden to the land of Turkey because both the mightly rivers Tigris and Euphrates start from the mountains there.
Recently, there have been some scientific evidence through satellites that there has been a huge river in the land of Ethiopia close to Tigris and Euphrates. Fossil traces show clear river traces of a river which has become extinct many years ago.
